The Satsang Foundation – Delhi Kendra warmly invites you to a Retreat with Sri M in the lap of Aravalis, away from the mundane urban dwellings of the city. The retreat starts at 8.30 am on 8th Jan 2018 and ends on 10th Jan 2018 after breakfast.

Retreat Contribution : Rs.9000 per person.

This includes accommodation for 2 nights, breakfast, meals, mid -morning and evening tea.

Registration amount (Non-refundable): Rs. 5000
Payable in cash at the retreat: Rs 4000

For children below 10 years :
Registration amount (Non-refundable): Rs.2500
Payable in cash at the retreat: Rs 2000

Accommodation:

• Accommodation will be provided at Pathways World School on a twin-sharing basis (4 members in two interconnecting rooms)
• Good quality residential facilities with separate attached bathrooms in both the interconnecting rooms with central air conditioning / heating.
• Early check-in facility on 7th Jan 2018 is available at an extra cost of Rs 2000 per person (includes stay, dinner on 7th Jan and breakfast on 8th Jan).
• If required, wheel chair facility will be available. However, if a wheel chair assistant is required, the school can provide the same at an extra cost.

Travel :

The above-mentioned cost does not include travel.
On request, if there are considerable numbers of people, Group Transfer arrangements by the school vehicles can be made from convenient pick up points in Delhi/ Gurgaon/ Airport to take the participants to the retreat venue, at an extra cost.

Registration Process :

Registration will be on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS and will be closed as soon as the seats are full.

Please follow the process step by step.

1. To enroll, please click on the Google Forms 1 (link Given below), fill all the details and submit.
2. On receipt of your registration form, a Temporary Registration number will be generated and emailed to you. This email will also have the payment details and Form – 2.
3. Once you receive the Temporary Registration number, please make the payment of Rs 5000 per person; registration amount (non refundable) within 7 days.
4. As soon as you have made the payment, fill Form 2 and submit.
5. In case you fail to make the payment and are not able to send Form 2 within 7 days of the receipt of the Temporary Registration number, your registration will be canceled and the seat will be allotted to the waitlisted participant.
6. On receipt of the registration amount and Form 2, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with Form 3 for your transportation, early check in and other details.
7. Fill Form 3 and Submit. Please send this form not later than 15th Dec 2017. This is essential because appropriate arrangements will be made accordingly.
8. On receipt of Form 3, the final confirmation email and important information regarding the retreat will be sent to you.
9. The final payment of Rs 4000 will be collected in CASH at the time of registration on 8th Jan 2018.

Cancellation :

If you wish to cancel your participation, please inform us at aravaliretreatpws@gmail.com as soon as you have decided so that the seat can be given to the waitlisted participant. Please note that the registration amount of Rs 5000 per person is non refundable.

    I have also registered, but didn’t get any emails. Hope the spots don’t get full.
    Also I wanted to ask, if staying at night is optional? I live just 20 mins away from the venue. Can I go home for the night?
