Sthithaprajna is a concept in Sankhya Yoga, Chapter 2 of the Bhagavad Gita. A ‘Sthithaprajna’ is one whose state of mind has become balanced, is steady and unruffled and yet active. Krishna is not referring to a sanyasin living in a cave – He is talking about a person living in this world.
