The Soundarya Lahiri, the Lalita Sahasranama and other tantric texts contain certain ‘bijaksharas’ or seed-sounds. They actually have no meaning by themselves but are vibrations to awaken the Kundalini and make it ascend the spine till it reaches the ‘sahasrara chakra’ and unite with the Supreme Being.
