That Energy, That Power, That Absolute Being – which is the power in manifestation – is always Complete, and anything that is incomplete is not That. In the psychological sense – unlike individual human beings or any other limited beings – it does not have any vacuum to be filled. There are no desires to fulfill, no need for anything more to be complete. It is already ‘Purna.’
