At least in spiritual matters, please don’t lie! Don’t say I meditated for six hours today and lights were going up and down. Say only what you really feel.  If you don’t follow this, it is the greatest blunder that can happen.  We hear from people and read in books about something like this and we too imagine that we can see it.  The mind plays tricks.
