The Upanishad says - Atmano mokshartham jagat hitayacha. Moksha for the Atman but do good for the world. You cannot meditate for 24 hours. So, what do you do the rest of the time? Help people. Do work. Look after the world. Only through selfless work does the mind get purified to meditate
