Universal love is beyond the mind and the brain. When we are so overwhelmed that the mind refuses to work, then you are absorbed in that. This can happen through being so selfless that the self doesn't remain anymore. But it has to happen. It is not concocted. All you can do is prepare the conditions which are proper so that it is possible that it will happen. Beyond that we have no control.
