One must understand perfectly and clearly that the only way is to make the mind still or allow the mind to settle down, to become still and not get caught up in the confusion of this or that or this against that. Also, when the mind is calm, without the tempest of its passions and desires, Truth comes into being in that utter stillness. One understands one’s true reality.
