If the world were a complete obstruction to the attainment of spiritual fulfilment, the Supreme Being would not have created the world at all.
The very fact that the world exists around us and also within us means that there is a function for it. It is there for us to understand, to learn lessons, to grow, to become complete so that when we depart this world, or even while we are still in this world, we have moved to the higher spheres of spiritual experience, the higher levels of spiritual consciousness.
