Instead of trying to be free from the beginning, enjoy with the purpose that you want to be free of it ultimately. How does one do this, by dedicating everything to the Supreme Being. Whenever you enjoy, keep in mind that the actual enjoyer is the Supreme Reality or the spark of the Supreme Reality which is in me.
