To justify I have to take the mind's attention to how others perceive my external identity of name,form and titles.
To be prejudiced I have to let the mind's attention dwell on the perceived defects in the object of prejudice.
In all the above I am drifting away from attention to my own mind and it's fluctuations thus losing control over the mind.
For all the above my mind has to focus on the plurality of names and forms.
When I accelt without prejudice,condemnaton or judgement I am one witb myself unaffected by the world of objects,names and forms.
