Grace doesn’t come when you seek grace. It is something that is spontaneous.  It is always there. For meditation or doing your practices, you don’t really need grace, you need hard work.

Sankalpa, or the capacity to visualize is unique to us. We are sharing it with the higher-level beings who have visualized this universe and when you visualize, it later on becomes a reality.
