In India, the wandering teacher is called a Parivrajaka - one who continuously walks in search of the truth. Once the truth is found, the teacher must take it door-to-door.
You cannot have a healthy body without a healthy mind. One of the prerequisites of a healthy body is to eat less, and do good exercise.
