14 Jan 2026, on the auspicious day of Makar Sankranti, Sri M and Smt. Sunanda Ali ji inaugurated the newly built Stya Satsang Vidyalaya Lathira at Garh Mukteshwar, UP (erstwhile Chanda Satsang Vidyalaya Lathira).
The inauguration was attended by eminent guests including Shri Anil Baluni, BJP MP Uttarakhand and Chief spokesperson and Media Head BJP, Smt. Sushma Berlia, Chairman, APJ Education Society, Smt. Sita Kumari, [w/o Former PM (Late) Shri. V. P. Singh] and members of the education and design teams who contributed to the project and Satsang friends from Delhi NCR.
Designed around a central courtyard with a peepal tree planted by Sri M at the foundation-laying ceremony, the building reflects a thoughtful, student-centric learning environment.
The school was envisioned by Sri M as a space where education grows in harmony with nature and wisdom.
Sri M said that when he planted the peepal tree, he had hoped the school would grow into a beautiful forest academy, like the Nalanda, which welcomed students from across the world who came to India to absorb its vast and unique wisdom. He added that he was confident the school would grow in a similar spirit.
Today, the school serves 162 children from five nearby villages, offering expanded classrooms, laboratories, library, and kitchen facilities.
The occasion marked not just the opening of a building, but a shared commitment to holistic education in the deep rural hinterland.
