Purna from which the whole world has come and which we seek,

Within us, in the depths of our consciousness, there is an element

The treasure that you seek is within you, and you seek it outside.

When you do pooja, also do pooja to the deity that is sitting inside and think that, that
all–auspicious Ananda,

If you can cut that fellow called the ego, you can also conquer

Sadhana cannot cause tiredness, when you are connected with your inner energy.

Don’t be obsessed with what you eat and what you don’t

Don’t be afraid of being left alone. When left alone, that’s the time you can look into yourself

To be alert is not to strain but to relax and let the teachings sink deep so that you’ll have no more doubts.

At least in spiritual matters, please don’t lie!

All human beings are constantly searching for something, name, fame, position, wealth, everything.

In the Nath Parampara- the first Guru, teacher is supposed to be Adinath

You cannot go looking for a Guru with a magnifying glass;

A master may be young, old, male, female, fair or dark.

Do not imitate your own teacher, for you are not he.
