In the Gita, there is an exhortation to perform action and not to run away from it. It is not that one becomes inactive.

To understand, while we are OK that we still have to go beyond; that we have to find lasting peace; that we have to find the Real which is the Immortal Self

From the unreal feeling, the unreal understanding, the unreal imagination that I am the body, may I be lifted to a plane where I may begin
