Kindness and not hating another is one of the most beautiful principles

You cannot practice love or compassion, either it is there or it is not.

It is only when you are a little stressed that you realize the greatness of not being stressed.

The lotus grows best in muddy water but when it blooms it is pure

The source or origin of the universe comes from something

The upanishads say that the rest or tranquility you look for is inside and not outside.

An enquiry of the mind needs to start with, “I don’t know”.

When we are mindful externally, we start being mindful internally.
