‘Yoga M’ is a set of simple Yoga Asanas and Pranayama, curated personally by Sri M to aid spiritual aspirants in their journey. ‘Yoga M’ will cover 25 simple routines including
- Introduction to Yoga Philosophy
- Basic Asana & Pranayama
- Surya Namaskar
- Yoga Nidra & Relaxation
The course will be facilitated ONLINE by Ms. Chitra Ganesh.
Chitra Ganesh is a Yoga exponent and Trainer based in Chennai, India. With the blessings of Sri M, she has been conducting introductory courses on ‘Yoga M’ in Chennai and Bengaluru. Chitra holds an M.Sc. in Yoga and has been trained by ‘Kalaimamani, Sri M.R. Chandrashekar’. She has been conducting Yoga and Mindfulness workshops for individuals and organizations for over a decade.

20th April to 1st May (Mon to Fri only)
Batch 1: 7:00 to 8:00 am IST
Batch 2: 4:00 to 5:00 pm IST
