The Guru Purnima celebrations for the year 2022, is scheduled for Wednesday, 13th July 2022. Registrations start on 25th May 2022 at 08.00 AM and end at midnight of 25thJune 2022 (IST). All are welcome to participate in the event with Sri M.
Programme
The tentative duration of the celebrations will be from 11.00 AM on 13th July to 08.00 AM on 14th July (IST).
The main program will conclude by midnight of 13th July. There will be a group meditation followed by breakfast on 14th July.

Participation fee [per person]
Participation is open under two options – A and B
Option A [Without accommodation] Rs.1500/- Includes vegetarian food comprising of lunch, evening tea & dinner on 13th July and morning tea & breakfast on 14thJuly.
Participants under this option will have to make their own arrangements for stay. A list of Hotel accommodations in Madanapalle is provided at the end.
Option B [With accommodation] Rs.1800/- Includes everything under Option A above and Dormitory accommodation [Classrooms converted into Dorms] at the venue on Wednesday, 13th July [one night only].
Due to space constraints, only limited persons can be accommodated in the dormitories. Bookings for Option B will be on a first-come-first-booked basis. If we are unable to accommodate you under Option B, we will communicate the same and you will be given the opportunity to register under Option A.
Participation fee covers food and all the infrastructure arrangements required for the Guru Purnima celebrations.
Note: One of the above registration options is mandatory for participating in the Guru Purnima Event.
In case you want your driver to be served food at the venue, kindly register him under Option A. Option B is not available for drivers due to limited availability.

Accommodation details at the Venue
Dormitory accommodation is provided in The Satsang Vidyalaya classrooms.
Accommodation at the Venue opens only on 13th July morning and is valid up to 14th July morning. One night only.
One mattress and two bed sheets per participant will be provided.
Common Toilets/Baths will be available separately for Women and Men. Drinking water will be provided in the dorms.
You are suggested to bring an air pillow, mosquito repellent, torchlight and an umbrella.
We regret our inability to entertain requests for early arrival and extension of stay at the Dorms.

All the participants are requested to adhere to COVID appropriate behaviour at all times.
