Since its founding in 2018, the Satsang Skill Development Center (SSDC) in Madanapalle has trained over 300 young individuals across 14 batches, offering completely free, high-quality skill development to school and college dropouts from the Annamayya district.
With an impressive placement rate across all batches, SSDC has consistently helped students build careers in pharmacy retail, healthcare, digital marketing, education, and corporate sectors in cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Tirupati.
Among this long and steady journey, Batch 13 and Batch 14 represent two important chapters—one concluding with confidence, and another unfolding with promise.
Batch 13: From Learners to Leaders

Batch 13 has moved beyond the classroom and into the professional world, building a visible impact through their placements and contributions. Many students are excelling in their roles across healthcare, pharmacy retail, digital marketing, and corporate sectors, demonstrating the practical application of the skills they gained at SSDC.
What sets Batch 13 apart is how they are giving back to the SSDC community. Several alumni have returned to mentor current students, sharing workplace experiences, interview tips, and practical advice, helping Batch 14 and future trainees prepare for real-world challenges.
Their success stories are already motivating Batch 14 students, showing that perseverance and consistent effort can transform opportunities into achievement. By moving from learners to role models, students reinforces SSDC’s long-term vision: education and guidance that not only prepares students for jobs but equips them to inspire and mentor others.
The Shift That Matters Most
When students walk into SSDC, many arrive with uncertainty—paused education, limited job exposure, and fear of interviews or speaking up.
Through structured training, counseling, and consistent practice, that uncertainty begins to shift.
Today, SSDC learners across batches are working professionals in healthcare, pharmacy retail, digital marketing, and corporate roles across cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Tirupati.
The change is not just employment—it is confidence and self-belief.

Batch 14: Continuing a Tradition of Growth

While Batch 13 stepped into their careers, Batch 14 joined SSDC two months ago, becoming the latest group to experience the centre’s evolving curriculum. With their course set to finish in January 2026, they have already shown remarkable enthusiasm and discipline.
Their early days included a meaningful campus visit to The Satsang Foundation, where students immersed themselves in an environment built on service, compassion, and clarity. This experience helped them understand the deeper values behind SSDC’s mission.
The batch also celebrated Sri M Sir’s birthday, participating in group activities, reflections, and creative tasks that strengthened their sense of community.
Daily classes combine English, digital literacy, Tally, communication training, and presentation practice. Role-plays, diary writing, and group discussions help students break out of hesitation—exactly like the many batches before them who once sat in the same classroom.

Educational Background of Students

Socio-Economic Context
Based on interactions during admissions, home visits, and counseling sessions, many students were from economically constrained households. Several families depended on informal or daily-wage work, and a significant number of students were first-generation learners.
What the Numbers Tell Us
Together, these statistics paint a powerful picture of SSDC’s impact. The centre reached young women and men in nearly equal measure, welcomed learners from varied educational and socio-economic backgrounds, and supported individuals across a wide age range.
Beyond numbers, the data reflects SSDC’s core philosophy—inclusivity, accessibility, and transformation. Whether a school pass-out, a graduate seeking direction, or an adult returning to learning after years away, SSDC continued to offer a space where skills, confidence, and purpose could grow side by side.
Community Engagement: Where Learning Meets Purpose

As their journeys unfolded, learners from Batch 13 and Batch 14 found opportunities to engage with the community — volunteering at Swaasthya’s Mega Health Camp, assisting on Blood Donation Day, joining International Yoga Day activities, supporting Gurupoornima events, and walking with purpose at the Swaasthya Walkathon.
Each activity added another layer to their personal growth — allowing them to see themselves not just as future professionals, but as compassionate individuals ready to contribute meaningfully to society.
The Alumni Connection: A Strength That Grows Every Year

One of SSDC’s quiet strengths was the active involvement of its alumni. Students from Batch 12, Batch 13, and earlier years returned to mentor juniors, offer career guidance, and share real workplace insights.
Their contribution reflects SSDC’s larger vision—growth that multiplies by lifting others.
Counseling at the Core: Guiding Every Student

Counseling has been a consistent feature of SSDC’s approach. Every student benefits from personalized guidance—whether it’s managing stress, improving communication, overcoming personal obstacles, or setting career goals.
SSDC’s philosophy is clear: technical skills alone are not enough. Emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and clarity of purpose are equally important. Counseling bridges this gap, turning training into transformation.
A Glimpse Into the Classroom: How Learning Happens at SSDC

Inside the SSDC classroom, each day begins with confidence-building activities—spoken English practice, group discussions, presentations, and digital literacy. Learning is hands-on, with typing drills, tally practice, role-plays, and short projects that reflect real workplace tasks.
Alongside academics, students engage in reflections and teamwork exercises that nurture responsibility, discipline, and professionalism. Gradually, the classroom becomes more than a learning space—it becomes a place where students find their voice and step toward the future with confidence.

A Journey That Never Stops
With two months completed and several more ahead, Batch 14 is moving towards interview preparation, HR interactions, industrial visits, and real-world exposure. Meanwhile, Batch 13 alumni are already proving their abilities in workplaces across the region, reinforcing SSDC’s reputation year after year.
Across 14 batches—and soon many more—SSDC remains committed to its core mission: to empower young people with the skills, confidence, and clarity needed to build meaningful lives.
Batch after batch, year after year, SSDC continues to carry forward a legacy shaped by effort, compassion, and opportunity.
