Announcing Atha Yoga Anushasanam, BYVK’s monthly online yoga sessions to inspire and encourage everyone to practice regularly – whether you are new to yoga, erratic in your practice or an estranged practitioner!
Held on alternate days, the online sessions will be conducted in English through Zoom. These classes are also available in person for all who are visiting Madanapalle Ashram.
