Babaji has said that the difficult time humanity is going through is like the churning of the ocean – Samudra Manthan.

The idea is that every human being evolves and reaches perfection ultimately.

What we see in this world today is a result of the lopsided development of the frontal lobe.

There are some rules of life one should follow before starting the practice.

Tamo guna through service, evolves to Sattva and the mind becomes purified.

The more you help, the purer you become, and the clearer your mind becomes.

By serving somebody, you are doing nothing actually. The person whom you serve is giving you an opportunity to evolve.

No one can spiritually advance by simply sitting down cross-legged and meditating 24 hours.

One day, you reach Sattva in its pure state.

Somebody may say they are meditating, but actually they are sleeping. 

In Sankya, everything is ruled by the three gunas – Tamas, Rajas and Sattva.

When the mind becomes still and quiet, it turns within and comes to the Source.

When Purusha is experienced, the human being begins to understand that the security, and happiness we were seeking in the outside world are all found within.

In that quiet, ripple-less mind, is reflected the Purusha, the Self.
