Each one of us is a lovely stream flowing into the great ocean of love and compassion, of goodness and energy, the Supreme Reality, which is God. Different we may be, but we emanate from the same source and to the same source we return.

There are two ways of doing it (keeping the slate clean). One is by realizing that it is important to have your slate clean.

Say, you have a slate and you write on it completely. If you want to write anything more, you have to rub it all off.

If you move with someone who’s mind is calm and quiet, then that calmness slowly comes into your mind after some time.

Patience is of the essence because when everybody is swimming along the stream and allowing themselves to be carried away by the stream

Can somebody be religious by just going to some place or walking around somewhere or is religiousness

The first step is to find out about myself as I am and not pretend to be something that I am not. Then, I know where I stand.

Although we call India ‘Karmabhoomi’, today few people look at the spiritual content of India’s scriptures. I am not talking about the Gurus
