When Buddha said to his monks – ‘Go Forth!’, he didn’t mean to only walk,

It’s more important to understand the teachings than to worship the teacher.

According to the Buddha, desire is the root of all sorrow

We have forgotten to sit under trees. In ancient times,

The Truth that we seek is almost like no-thing.

Ultimately, you are your own Master. There is no other.

The Upanishads say that the Truth is something which is far and yet so near;

We make ourselves limited by thinking that we are limited.

The mind is always seeking fulfillment and it has not learned that the fulfillment is inside.

Disconnected is what we imagine. Not being disconnected is what is the Reality.

Most of our life is dependent on public opinion. Is it possible to say that,

The essence of spiritual practice is that you understand and face that you yourself can use your mind
