In the search for happiness one encounters many sorrows,

Do not hide anything from your spiritual guru,

Spiritual evolution is not incompatible with regular living.

Human life is actually a search for That happiness,

The aim of chanting is not to chant, but to bring about silence.

When there are thoughts, we think it’s continuous like a chain.

If you see a beautiful sunset, don’t sit down and close your eyes.

It does not matter what the sadhana is – meditation, kriya, chanting

Satsang is a meeting point for spiritual seekers.

It is in the nature of things that in this life, there is always some sorrow and pain.
