Bharat Yoga Vidya Kendra announces the next session of Yoga M – a 10-day beginner level online yoga course, from 2-24 April 2022.
Yoga M consists of a simple Yoga Asana sequence designed by Sri M for daily practice to ensure a healthy body and mind.
The course syllabus comprises Sukshma Vyayama (warm-ups for the joints), 25 simple Asana, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama (breathing techniques) for calming the mind, meditation and relaxation techniques like Yoga Nidra. The course covers the basics of Yogic theory based on Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Dedicated and daily practice of this simple sequence makes the body flexible and strong, and the mind calm. It develops a good foundation into the systematic approach towards overall all wellbeing as laid forth by the science of Yoga.
This course is certified by the AYUSH Ministry and the participants get a “Yoga Volunteer” certificate upon the successful completion of the course.
