One thing that can be done is to sit down on New Year’s eve, take a piece of paper, and note down point-by-point – the characteristics and habits we find in ourselves that are negative and need to be overcome. Note them down and then, carefully, as you wake up to a new dawn, go through this again and begin to implement ways and means to get free of the negative tendencies. It can be done! The only way to get rid of negativity is to bring in positivity.
