While it’s true that a person who has advanced spiritually possesses certain extraordinary capacities,

Guru Purnima is for paying your respect to all Teachers and Gurus,

Consider it your spiritual right to meet the teacher, to talk with him and in general,

Don’t keep any secrets from your spiritual teacher.

Merely by taking flowers and gifts to a Guru, one should not suppose that one is moving towards one’s spiritual goal.

Being kind, being helpful, and serving others is indeed worship of that divine spark resident in other beings.

Sādhanā is not just about meditation. It has to be complemented by one’s activity in the external world.

One has to start somewhere and that starting point is not far away but right here and now.

The spiritual journey is all about this process of finding one’s true self,

One can come back to worldly life after the initial period of solitude and lead a life which is in appearance,

The little joys we find in day-to-day life are the most wonderful things that the world can offer us.

When internal churning is going on, that’s the time when you should not fall victim to it or get addicted to it.
