What is spirituality?  It is to find the truth, to find yourself

We carry so many things in our head.  Be simple.

It’s more important to understand the teachings than to worship the teacher. 

Surrender means to understand that I am helpless at a certain point

We can’t live on our past heritage alone; we must look at the now. 

Any pleasures of the senses will always have some pain behind it.

I think all the sadhana we do is intended to mostly bring about the hunger for God – for that Truth.

Living in this world and experiencing life, I would say is the philosopher’s stone

I am not denying that we need a rational mind to find this realization. 

So sow the seed, keep the climate clear, water it properly, and then we’ll see what happens.
