Bhakti, Devotion is a great way of looking at and finding the Truth

All the sadhana we do is basically to clear our mind and allow the inner to come forth

The whole process of sadhana is to go within and touch the spark in us

There is only one Truth but the wise call it by different names.

If you need peace and tranquility and ultimate happiness, what you need to find is the source of it inside us, in our hearts

Until the mind is at rest, there cannot be peace.

All human beings are constantly searching for something, name, fame, position, wealth, everything.

All meditations essentially boil down to how to make the mind free of distractions

What we cannot explain, we call a miracle.

One of the biggest problems we face when we sit down to meditate is distraction.

Don’t make entertainment your sole aim in life.
