Sadhana is not to find the Truth, but to prepare oneself to keep the windows open

There is no technique to find the Truth. It is not an engineering feat.

If spiritual development is your priority, no distraction is going to take away anything from you.

A person who is a real meditator, who has stepped at least beyond a certain boundary can never be cruel,

The more you meditate, whatever be the mode of meditation and deeper you go into your inner self,
