- Chandra Namaskar Mantra Chanting
- Chakra Meditation
- Select verses from the Saundarya Lahiri text
- Gayatri Mantra Chanting
Who can participate?
This program is meant for those who have attended Yoga M prior to June 2020 and have been practicing regularly.
