The Upanishad is the understanding of the Truth and meditation or sadhana

The mind cannot be in a vacuum. So if you don’t want the mind to be occupied

This happiness which you seek is not something outside.

Devotion is spontaneous. We can teach all the ways leading to it but what it is, can’t be taught.

When one is full of worldly knowledge and begins to feel that one knows everything,

Ultimately, what we are seeking from understanding the Upanishads is not something

As long as you have a physical body, there is nobody who knows everything.

Holistic living is to live with the understanding that the entire universe is pervaded

In the ultimate sense, when happiness is found inside, one realizes that there is no difference

If I begin the enquiry by saying ‘I know’ then there is no enquiry.

The theory of Vedanta is that all bliss and happiness lies within every living being,

When all the ‘mala‘ or ‘delusions’ of the mind are cleared,

We keep working all our lives just trying to grasp ‘happiness’ which always eludes us.

Our true self, true identity – or what the Upanishads call the ‘Atman’ is ‘That Consciousness’
