How do we know about the spiritual stature of a person, how?

Water can’t stay on the petals of the lotus; it rolls off as droplets.

What you seek spiritually is right there inside you and we search for it everywhere. 

There are ways to get in touch with the essence of your being – consciousness.

Knowing yourself starts with knowing myself, in the midst of other people, not alone

Ishavasyam idam sarvam – that Supreme Being pervades everything here.

If you need to go deeper into your mind and understand the essence of your consciousness,

Ultimately, you are your own master. There is no other one.

Even if you don’t have belief in a kind of a Supreme God, especially the thundering variety, you can still progress in yoga

That infinite consciousness which we’re trying to explore and that is nowhere to be sought except in oneself

To look at yourself first to find out how you are in the midst of circumstances

It’s only in this world when you meet somebody, when you talk to people, how you behave, what you do that you figure out where you are

May we walk together, may we study together with our minds put together, may we understand.

If you can be mindful of your thoughts, of your actions, of your meditation, of your breath, and so on, that is called mindfulness
