Breath is such an important part of our existence, but we don’t give it any attention. Just shift focus and observe it for 10 minutes a day with eyes closed. While inhaling, say ‘hum’, and while exhaling, say ‘so’ silently. When one begins to enjoy it, the mind becomes one-pointed. This has to be part of your daily life. It is practical and non-denominational.
