Suppose, you have examined and found that there are a lot of things to be improved in yourself. The first step is to try moving in the positive direction; the other step is to do your ‘Sadhana’ seriously. On ‘Sadhana’ I stress two things—one, actually sitting down and doing your sadhana; two, examine your life, see how you behave with people and what you are. Both are ‘Sadhana’ ; they have to go side by side.
