The Satsang Foundation has great pleasure in inviting you to watch the 4th session of “Under the Peepal Tree“, a series of Online Satsangs that is currently accessible on The Satsang Foundation’s official social channels

Sri M describes in detail about the 3 main aspects of Meditation, which includes, ‘Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi’ and also touches upon the practical aspects of meditation.

Sri M speaks at the World Health Organisation about how Yoga is not just about body postures but much more, dealing with the calming of the mind and also answers a few questions.

Sri M commences the talk – ‘Yoga : Beyond Body Postures’ with a brief explanation of the 2 shlokas – ‘Sahana Vavathu’ and ‘Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinaha’

Talk on Spirituality and Education followed by Q&A at Sishya School in Chennai on 8th April 2019. In the Q& A session Sri M answers questions on how we can nurture the spiritual qualities in children.

Sri M speaks on how the ‘Ego’ and all the aspects which contribute to it, is a big obstacle to our reaching the state of eternal happiness.
