Sri M inaugurated The Satsang Skill Development Centre (SSDC) on the 12th of November, 2018. The austere ceremony’s highlight was Sri M cutting the ribbon and lighting the lamp.
Classes for the first batch of 18 students have commenced. 3 trainers teach Spoken English, Computers, and Tally. The Satsang Foundation has entered into a MoU with 10 corporates for placement of the students on completion of the 90-day course.
Speaking on the occasion, Sri M hoped, “In the coming days, I see the Centre growing and we may have to move to a larger building.” He also spoke about the importance of skill development and urged them to complete the course.
The Satsang Foundation expresses its gratitude to people who came forward to donate computers and looks forward to continued support in the areas of training students in Spoken English and computers, as well as final job placements. It costs the Foundation Rs.10,000/- to train one student and sponsorship ofstudents is also invited.
